1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Ouro, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The service
Ouro is an AI vision assistant for iPhone and Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses. It uses Apple Intelligence on-device, and optionally cloud AI providers (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT), to help you understand and interact with what you see.
3. Subscriptions
- Free tier: Apple Intelligence, limited messages/day, 7-day memory.
- Basic ($12.99/month): Cloud AI, web search, 100 messages/day, 30-day memory.
- Pro ($29.99/month): Unlimited messages, all cloud AI providers, 3D scans, annotations, cloud memory.
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple's App Store. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings — access continues until the current billing period ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ouro to:
- Record or process people without their consent where that is legally required.
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections in the app.
- Use the service to generate, store, or share illegal or harmful content.
5. Your content
Ouro does not claim ownership of anything you capture, write, or save. Your visual memory, chat history, and captured media remain yours. We don't access, use, or transmit your content unless you explicitly trigger a cloud AI feature.
6. Third-party AI providers
When using cloud AI features, you agree to the terms of the providers you're using: Google, Anthropic, OpenAI. Ouro is not responsible for the outputs, availability, or changes these providers make.
7. Disclaimer
Ouro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate — don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Don't use while driving or operating heavy equipment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codex Metatron (operator of Ouro) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You can stop using Ouro anytime by deleting the app. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
10. Changes
We'll update the "last updated" date above when anything changes. Material changes will be announced in-app.
