What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and payment plans on launch packages. We invoice through Stripe for full transparency.
Are there any hidden fees? +
Never. The prices listed are what you pay. Domain registration and hosting fees are separate (typically $12-20/year for a domain and $0-20/month for hosting) and we help you set those up under your own accounts so you own everything.
What does the 6-month build support include? +
Bug fixes, minor content updates, security patches, and performance monitoring. After month 6, you can either move to Site Care for ongoing maintenance, or take full independence and host the site yourself.
How is Site Care different from the included build support? +
Build support handles fixes during the warranty period. Site Care is the ongoing recurring product after that — uptime monitoring, edits, performance audits, and (at Pro/VIP) new feature builds. You can also start Site Care on a site we didn't originally build.
What does Brand Automations actually do beyond social posts? +
It runs your brand operation. Multi-channel posts are the visible part. Underneath is community management (Discord/Patreon), engagement automation (DM/comment responses, drafted by AI and approved by you), reputation management (review monitoring + responses), and AI-personalized content that pulls from your AI Knowledge Base if you have one — so posts sound like you, not generic AI.
Is the AI Knowledge Base HIPAA-compliant? +
It's HIPAA-aware. The AI runs on your devices and your data never leaves your hardware, which addresses the core privacy concern HIPAA is built around. We don't claim formal HIPAA certification or sign BAAs as part of the standard product. If a healthcare client needs formal HIPAA controls + a BAA, that's scoped on top of the Personal Agent tier as a custom engagement.
Can I upgrade from a launch package later? +
Absolutely. Launch packages are designed to get you going. You can add individual services or upgrade tiers at any time. We credit your existing package value toward upgrades.
How does the Performance Guarantee work? +
At kickoff we agree on measurable targets (traffic, leads, engagement). If we don't hit them within 6 months, we continue your brand automations for another 6 months at no charge — up to $12,000 in additional service.
Do I own my website and content? +
Yes. 100%. You own the code, the design, the content, and the domain. After the support period ends, you have full independence to host and manage everything yourself or continue with us.
